Accord Chair Mgbudem re-elected IPAC National Secretary

The Accord National Chairman, Maxwell Mgbudem, has been re-elected as the National Secretary of the Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC.

The umbrella body of all registered political parties in Nigeria held its national election at the council’s national secretariat in Abuja on Monday.

Mgbudem, who first became IPAC National Secretary on December 15, 2023, had earlier served as the Deputy National Chairman of the council.

The election, monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission, also produced other national executives.

Speaking after his second tenure was announced, Mgbudem thanked leaders of political parties for the opportunity to continue serving in that capacity.

The IPAC scribe also hailed the Chief Dan Nwanyanwu-led Electoral Committee for the successful exercise.
